From a very early age I learned to embrace change. I learned that change could be created or it could be an unexpected occurrence.  The more I experienced change, the more I realized that change was simply par for the course. It was apart of living, leading, and growing. Change was multidimensional. It had a purpose, it had meaning, and I learned that if I could prepare, adapt, and then grow from change; I would set myself up for success .  “Don't get set into one form, adapt it and build your own, and let it grow, be like water. Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless — like water.
